The Fish Pump Fiasco
So last nite, I blew a fuse. And out went my fish tank pump. So today I checked at 2 petstores and found no replacement.
I decided to buy a new tank. When I got home I realized the pump was the same, so vs setting up the new tank I swapped out the pumps. The new pump was LOUD and the fish was going bananas. He looked like a little torpedo in there. So I got irritated and decided that I'd use it until I got a new pump ordered on the net. So i placed my order.
After an hour of trying to watch tv and listening to the buzzing I went into the kitchen to take it apart. Then I got my broke pump and took it apart, trying to swap parts. I cleaned the broke pump, and it was dirty. After a few checks, I fixed it.
Can you believe that? I fixed my pump.
1 tank and 1 fish pump purchase later.
What am I going to do with all these tanks and pumps? LOL

ps. I absolutely love soooo many of the songs you have on your music list! I am gutted that it won't let me listen to it!!!! Arrrgggghhhhhhhhh!!!
ps. We have severe snow storms forecast for tonight here (the worst in at least 30 years). They have already announced that my place of work will not be opening tomorrow, our stores are completely sold out of all fresh groceries and many of our roads have already been shut off. It is all so exciting! lol!
maybe i should not have tried so hard to fix the pump after i bought 2...lol
oo how was the snow? I wish we had some. Tonight the temp is going to drop here and the high tomorrow will be 28F and the low in the teens F. brrr
